No trait movement penalty

Description
Sets negative movement traits to 0%. I tried to remove them but seems to be impossible.

The traits are: likes his food, an eye for the ladies (and womanizer), and seasick.

Made this cause the other mods are either wrong made or remove all negative traits, or not all of the movement penalty ones.

Sadly, this datacores the trait_level_effects table but for some reason it seems to work. Still, it's best practice to rename the table in the mod.
