Description
This will mute the Special infected spawn in alert sounds

no video because i didnt feel like testing this 12 times.

it works.

***use this to add realism, to make the game harder idk***

@Xeno. I did that on purpose because there are already mods that do that I believe. I made this personally for me because I only wanted the special infected piano alert type sounds muted
