Are innovative - offer an alternative advanced means of utilising the asset.

Have essential utility - they solve a particular type of problem with the placement of monorail stations.

Offers Diversity - such as an alternative design.

Great Appearance - station entrances that I think look really cool and enhance the cities visual appearance.
