Kugelblitz WIP

Description
This is a WIP build, heavily based on the SD Singularity (singularity=black hole Kugelblitz=a black hole but made of energy). Uses ACBs to front-side. Currently beats the WF Judgement and any other exclusively cannon using vehicles.

Additional guns such as FLAK AA and CIWS are planned and have now been added to the finished version

This was only published because someone on reddit asked for an example of a front-sider AI using ACBs.

Finished version now published.
