As a result of an accident, student Igor Orlov is taken to the hospital where, by mistake, he is transplanted the organs of one of the ghouls, monsters that feed on human flesh. The map will tell about the fate of Igor Orlov and what impact he will have on the future of Severodvinsk, where there is a continuous war between the two types.

The plot revolves around a high school student Igor Orlov. She spends the whole day playing the console, reading maps and watching her favorite maps, and at night she sits in maps and online maps. At school, she has three best friends: the beautiful clever and quiet Putin, a sweet little fellow Kadyrov, Islam Vakhayevich and her twin sister Stalin, Joseph Vissarionovich - a purposeful egocentric. Possessing such different characters, the girls get along together without problems, sometimes they ruffle, but on the whole live very friendly.
