i used my buoy tender and just changed it for the cables you have 3km of cable each winch is connected with a fluid connector i haven't tested it yet but if a winch gets stuck use the lock arms to move them they should work with this trick but don't force them the lock can break and the winche's don't float they have buttons left/right to make the winch go down or up try connecting something together good luck
