Like NerfedFalcon said, the layout on the module is semi-random (it guarantees that there is at least one valid solution). Two adjacent buttons might not be connected in the graph.

The layout isn't always exactly the same as in the diagram, is the thing.

I might be misunderstanding but couldn't you just choose one Sin at random and then continue clockwise from there until it's disarmed?
