Sheriffs Station

Description
A Sheriffs Station for a small town or suburb.

Based off of the sheriff station from Alan Wake, this building has the same stats as the small police station.

The reason is 4K textures.

Good to see new Sheriff Station. It's a quite big load for a small building.
