adds in two custom races and factions

When i made this mod i wasnt overly keen on fishman design didnt think the heads quite went with the bodies which look awesome (warmed up to them now hah) so decided to do an edit to the race and some tie in lore to the connection between fishmen and Encroachers the short version of this is the gurgler squids take over the croachers carapace in order to move on land like a parasitic takeover. they look like the black bugs from the dark crystal film to me have a permenant corpse flies ambiant sound and extremly tough heads. they have both homeless and nest spawns at fishman island, greenbeach the pits/pits east and the forbidden isle, their carapaces as stated inhabit the bone fields.

"a vampiric amphibious cockroach that pierces its victims with its proboscis and drains them dry. swarming their prey, they appear to posses little to no intelligence and have an insatiable hunger, they eventually lose their carapaces protective sheen in their old age and even limbs, all seem to lose their proboscis in a final stage of degeneration, once this stage has been reached they almost seem to regress to a different species and both attack and are attacked by their younger more intact counterparts those that reach this change and survive appear drawn to the bone fields and linger there drawn by an unknown instinct

it has long been theorised these and their intact counterparts are used as vessels for the gurgler squids, hollowed out and filled with innumerable tentacles granting them parasitic command of the croacher remains this armoured protection granting them the ability to safely traverse land" - Tech hunter note

added a special boss croacher for you to find that has a bounty, base croachers have the same skills as fishmen but more numourous and there are two gamestarts for you to try the races out. lore book is in tech hunter venders and if any one wants it I'll a recruitment condition for the croachers though imprisonment dialoge like tame beasties.
