[Obsolete] 2.5.1 Subterranean Civilization Fix

Description
This bug has been fixed in v2.6 . Please remove this mod to avoid compatibility problems with new updates as this mod necessarily overrides entire vanilla files, not just the Subterranean Civilization projects.

-------------------

A small fix for the Subterranean Civilization colony event chain to get it working again if you don't select which approach to the situation you'd like to take in the couple of days after it pops up. Also changes the timer for a preemptive strike back to 360 days.

This problem started in 2.3.0 and persists into 2.5.1. If you don't want to use a mod, the problem is that the whole event chain fails two days after it starts due to a misplaced change to the on_fail condition of the preemptive strike option. If you begin work towards either special project option before the preemptive strike can time out then you can go through this event as normal.

This mod is unfortunately not compatible with any other mod that changes the 00_projects file, but those are probably few and far between.

I've got a few other bugfix mods, go check them out, and maybe give them a Rate Up so that other people can find them too.

I know! I've been keeping an eye on the official forums and on Reddit to try to spread the work of the fixes when I saw people talking about the problems for most of a year now. I can finally stop.

Unfortunately the Rubricator spawning is only 97% fixed instead of 100%, and I don't care for what they did with the Star Patterns problem, but hey, it's still an improvement on my mental health.

FINALLY.

Furthermore you should stop using this mod; because of the necessary overrides, it will cause (small) compatibility issues with the new update.

There is a mod which is basically a collection of everything fixed that is buggy in Stellaris. Maybe worth putting all your fixes into that one? You can find it here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1995601384
