Classic Style Cultist General Tentacles (Smooth)

Description
Reskins the Cultist General Tentacles cosmetic item to resemble its old, scrapped look.

This version removes the bright spots to match the rest of the standard cultist outfit.

Client-side and purely aesthetic.

it would be great to have a mod that makes both versions available. As they both have merit.
