Well the weapons should be easy enough because of the large amount of space, don't worry about the reactors for the alcoves those are just cosmetic only.

All the thrusters are connected to conveyors and main reactors are connect but weapons and the Reactors I used as cosmetic for the alcoves are not.

This guy needs to buy glasses, cube looks nothing like Adaline's cube, and has many more features.
