Description
Switches the Healthcare Edict of Empires without the Gestalt Consciousness Ethic to Machine Intelligence's Drone Campaign Edict after finishing the Synthetic Evolution Special Project.

Incompatible with any mod that makes changes to vanilla campaign edicts.
