Billy and his Pocket Humans

Description
An original character I made up while trying to get the now the Modtool, along with his own event. Billy is a shy orc who you meet in the cafeteria all by himself. He likes Pocket Humans, has a stutter and is very uneasy when first introduced to someone.

Feel free to use him as you wish, I just ask that you link to this original as I intend to update it later on (SFX at least).
