Improved UMP45 HWM Skin

Description
I tried to improve Anaertailin's UMP45 skin. Turned the portrait in the right direction, changed the color scheme. The same for guild picture. +1 recolor version by Mudflap.

*If you already have these skins installed, then disable them and enable this one.

White box that covered 45 whenever a gun skill was used.

I did some stuff and I think I fixed it, would have to check again. Might've just installed he mod wrong. Steam is really bad with this game for some reason.
