18:43 and faster is definitely possible. I stuck with 4 trains and aggressively upgraded.

What a spectacular level! I was sitting and looking at the map for a moment before I played. So many items, buildings. Beautiful. I won only 2 stars but your work ... I'm impressed.

I have played nearly all the Workshop levels. Most of them all are very good and entertaining, a few are amazing, and this one is totally fabulous!!! The plane flying through the O, the bridge being built, the beautiful design, the expensive tunnels ... WOW!! Thank you, striker! :-) <3
