This is simply an ammo store, with power and 5 gatling turrets. It has a decoy, so will draw fire away from other friendly targets.

There are 2 parachutes that let this be dropped into a gravity well above a target area. This could be an enemy base, friendly base, or contested area.

A large amount of ammo is supplied, but more can be added as there is plenty of space in the container.
