THIS IS A RESKIN FOR THE MALE CITIZEN AND REFUGEE!!! I DO NOT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ UNDERSTAND ON HOW VALVE MADE THE FEMALE TEXTURE BUT BOY THEY WERE READY TO DO REAL HARD STUFF. I MIGHT TRY TO MAKE A FEMALE VERSION.

Welcome to my recreation of the wasteland citizens. I used samuel textures (another cool guy that you'd meet on a train to city 17).

Hope that you enjoy!
