Description
This mod prevent AI execute captured character, now they will only recruit or release them.
However characters killed in a battle still will be dead.

I also decreased the relationship bonus from releasing captive.

其实可以做个降低AI俘获武将几率的mod。

80回合后刘备手下全没明显是战死，你想AI的人物不战死只能去找全局提高军费开支，队伍少才不会用车轮战将同一个武将打死

80个回合之后，无缘无故刘备手下的关张赵诸葛魏延全没了，科技和邦了其他势力也没有相关人物，72回合他被宣战，灭的很快，难道失效了？

@MJanson 是指攻击伯长然后点结束战斗时就会闪退么？只有关隘这样还是野战也有？
