EFFECT: (BOUNCE) Increases Charm and Relic drop rate for monsters. Tweaks to appearance rates for Magical Affixes. Tweaks to Relic loot tables.

NOTE: Due to an incredibly long time of not playing, and a second loss of files due to changing PC setups, this mod has not changed since the last update and never will. If someone wants to download the mod, change it to reflect updates to "Titan Quest Anniversary Edition" itself, and upload to the Steam Workshop, go right ahead. Because I won't be able to.

An upgrade to my previous practice mod. After what seemed like an eternity of copy/pasting and filtering through somewhat unnecessary database records, I've finally made a mod which hopes to make Relic and Charm farming just a tad easier. This mod covers all 3 difficulties and most monsters found in both the base AE game and its corresponding DLCs, Ragnarok and Atlantis.

SPECIFICS:
> Increased Charm drop rate to 25% across most Charm-dropping monsters (with some exceptions)
> Increased Relic drop rate to 35% across most Relic-dropping monsters
> Reduced drop rate for Arcane Formulae
> Balanced appearance rates for Magical Affixes for all Relics and Charms; no one affix should appear more frequently than the other
> Nullified appearance rates for lowest or straight duplicate affixes; if you're gunning for "Slower Attack over 3.0 seconds", you'll only get the highest of the original 2
> Reconfigured appearance rates for act-specific Relics; Relics of a certain act will only appear in that act, not any from previous acts

Ideally, you would find a spot to farm, pop this bounce mod off and do some reaping. It's to make getting a specific Charm, Relic or associated affix take less time. I've gone with 25 - 35% rates rather than 50% or even 100% in extreme cases, so as to avoid wasting players' inventory pages with unnecessary completed Charms or Relics. Note that this mod only applies to drop rates for monsters. It does not apply to Chests or certain Containers which spawn from bosses like the Telkine.

Test however you wish. Since I decided deleting my Epic character would be a good idea for some reason, I can't efficiently test it myself. If you find anything wrong with the mod that I should fix, or have suggestions like a possible inclusion of x2 monster spawns (at max, due to problematic slowdown), let me know.
