Some death by old age

A slightly more sedate version of my no death by old age mod.

All characters obey the following rules.

Characters never die before the age of 70.

Characters start with a 5% death chance (presumably per year) at 70 that linearly increases to 10% as they approach 80.

At the age of 80 their death chance linearly increases from 10% to 50% as they approach 100.

This mod cores the death distribution table, so it will be incompatible with other mods that do the same.

Verify the following!
- This mod is subscribed to on Steam
- This mod is enabled in the CA Mod Manager
- The load order has not been altered in the CA Mod Manager
- There is no "user.script.txt" file in "Z:/Users/[UserName]/AppData/Roaming/The Creative Assembly/ThreeKingdoms/scripts". If you added one before the Workshop was posted, you need to remove it - the game is reading from the mods specified in that file, and is ignoring the ones in the Mod Manager.
