If you have subscribed to this mod before July 2021, you will have to re-subscribe.
If you are a new subscriber, make sure to restart the game after you've downloaded the mod.

New dialogues are currently available only in English language.
Using any other language will result in default dialogues.


You will have an opportunity to play as a bandit without any empathy or feelings towards others. You are the one who is meant to survive and you will survive no matter what, even if that means killing and stealing from dozens of defenseless people. You don't care about strangers nor you care about their children or family. You will go from a friendly group of few people, where helping others made you forget about the dark times, to a group, where killing and stealing happens on a daily basis.


  • Sad, Depressed, Broken moods are completely removed from the game
    You are free to rob people and kill anything that moves.
  • You will have nothing but basic information about the location you're trying to visit
    You may remember the basic layout of the location from days when Pogoren was still an ordinary city but you will have to take a peek inside, to see what is hiding there.
  • Visitors will now come in the early morning between 6 and 9 am
    Visitors will now try to find a way to your shelter in the early morning when the activity of snipers is still low.
  • Visitors will come more often
    Requests for help will be more often than usual.
  • Franko will no longer visit your shelter
    Even though your equipment is the second-best one on the market, Franko is not risking his own life when it comes to you. (More info on this in Patch Notes)
  • New Graphic design for Main Menu
    Logo, Backgrounds, Silhouette, Grafitti and few more things have been changed to match the atmosphere of this mod.
  • Anja's house
    Anja's house is available as a shelter for your group. (More info on this in Patch Notes)
  • Over 600 new dialogues (LANGUAGE PACK IS REQUIRED)
    Everyone in the city has their own unique story. Reactions will now differ based on the character's personality.
  • Adam's house
    Adam's house is available as a shelter for your group. (More info on this in Patch Notes)
  • Playable Bandit characters
    Two custom characters have just received their new bandit look! Check them out!

Download mods separately
It's possible you may want to play with only three or two mods from this modpack. I can understand that and that's why you are now able to download mods separately. Remember, only finished and game changing mods will be available for download.

To use the mod pack, enable it and set TWOM: Bandits mod as the highest priority in the mod menu, ensuring all other mods are disabled.

For standalone mods, prioritize the desired mod and disable the mod pack.

how exactly does this work, ive subscribed to all of it and i dont see any new characters or stories in any mode

Since your main menu has been updated, everything appears to be functioning correctly. The scenario involving two Debagoslavs is intended solely for testing purposes and can be disregarded. All other scenarios, including custom scenarios, should be working correctly.

How to run the script, I have a script with two debagoslavs, of the same characters, I think it shouldn't work like this, the menu has changed in the running game, everything is kind of strange at first glance

I wish If successful mod makers like you were supported by the makers of This War Of Mine. In this way, This War Of Mine universe can gain excellent stories and mods with your creativity. I hope they see your mods and you can cover topics like Gaza, East and West Berlin, Vietnam. Thanks a lot again for the mods! :steamthumbsup:

and last time i played i did a custom scenario for 80 days but it ended on 20,is it common?,anyways thanks for the mod and good work!god bless

Thank you for comments, I'm glad this mod still receives feedback even after those years.

Firstly, those 3 suggested locations are not doable. TWOM Modding tool doesn't allow mesh modifications thus it's impossible to add / edit any 3D models. Re-texturing the current models is the only solution... however, the architecture would most likely not match the suggested location.

Creating a new location is something that cannot be done either. I can only use locations from DLC's and play with settings to set a different scenario / loot for each location upon next visit. This however is really limited and can cause bugs.

Creating a new bandit character isn't a complex thing to do, the problem would be that I could only share it as a stand-alone mod and could not implement it into the modpack.

Good mod,i still play it to this day,just wished i could play with the other 2 bandits,but other than that its still perfect!:steamthumbsup:

We are waiting for the new mode. As a topic:
1) East and West Berlin
2) Vietnam
3) Gaza

We want diversity in modes:
1) More new characters.
2) Let there be more new dialogues.
3) More new places.
