I apologize, I haven't played the game in 4 years and just coming back to it, so I can't remember proudspire that well other that it was in Solitude? Disregard my basement remark, I thought this was an overhaul to proudspire itself rather than a seperate room and penthouse was just a name to make it swanky. Maybe make an outside balcony or dedicated smithing room?
The description doesn't mention marble or wood trim. Upon closer look, the floors look like glossy spackle.
All the images. Maybe it looks better in game. I'll try it out and see when I get to Solitude

Basement in a Penthouse Suite? It has marble with wood trim - what images?

uh...it's spacious, but a smelter inside near what looks like the common area is kind of ugly. put the smelter outside or in the basement, or just a seperate room dedicated to smithing if possible.
The cherry wood trim is a nice touch but the images make it look iffy. Probably would have been better to use the stone and wood work from the nicer houses in the game. This is just my opinion, hope people enjoy it
