Buildable Branch Office Buildings

Description
Small mod I made for my own roleplaying purposes. It basically allows you to build Branch Office stuff as a normal buildings on a planet. Values are slightly tweaked - buildings generate some trade value and criminal ones generate less crime.
AI will sometimes build these.
Should be compatible with everything.

If you eber wanted to build undergroung party clubs on your main military base, wrecking yards on a planet close to neighbour you are raiding or some illegal labs on a world with particularly cool anomaly - here is mod for you.

For others, just letting people know that it's non-compitable with Better Branch Offices, possibly because of it's modification to criminal buildings. Running both allows you to still build regular branch buildings, but not crime ones, for if you want to make use of your excess criminal suppression.

Great mod/idea, especially for bonus building slot mods as they provide some benefit even unmanned, however not seeing the criminal ones. Do you need to be a criminal megacorp for them?
Also, might be worth them providing a boost to trade value beyond the single digit bonus they provide, like +5% or something, to make the clerks more worthy.
