Replaces the difficulty text with those from classic DOOM. Doesn't change anything gameplay-wise, just the text.

Easy - Hey, not too rough
Normal - Hurt me plenty
Hard - Ultra-violence
Expert - Nightmare

In the internal game code, Advanced is called 'Hard'.
So they're not wrong on a technical level.
