Running With The Flood

Description
A WIP Halo Total Conversion, based around Halo:CE Two betrayals.

Heavily based off of RWTD, i used their mod as a base and stripped out all the assets to replace with my own custom ones, the AI has been tweaked and the map is all that remains more or less.

This is an open project so feel free to do whatever with it i take no credit for the RWTD project or the files from that mod which i have used, i only take credit for my models and other hard work in converting RWR to HALO.

Contains:

UNSC and FLOOD factions
All new UNSC and Covenant Gear
UNSC marines for Regulars
SPARTAN II's for Officers
Flood weapons tweaked to resemble Halo:CE
Custom Sound Effects and Cues
New UI and HUD icons
ONI interface, Tactical Map skin
Menu and Ambient Music from Halo CEA.


TO DO:

Add Covenant Faction
Complete Both Factions gear and Vehicles!!
Add more flood variants and gear [possibly Vehicles]
NEW MAP 50% Complete
Add custom Meshes
Replace textures
replace static meshes
Add halo vehicles
finish sound cues and library of sound bytes

yup its broken im afraid and i cant fix it without the source files, my advice would be for someone to rip this mod open and remake it better and stronger! public access is granted to my assets so feel free to make anything with this!

would love halo mods for this game, for some reason I can't play this though in campaign or quick play as it crashes while loading every time

You should definitely come back to this mod, just redownloaded the game today and it's the first thing I went to - by far my favorite out of all mods here.

Tbh even if you added things gradually instead of all at once, I'd love it (i.e. adding some vehicles, replacing textures, etc before adding the whole Covenant).

the main problem i had was the map making method for this game involves 2D image editing software rather than relying on standard meshes for terrain, i had almost finished the new halo themed map when i suffered hard drive death and lost all the work, its been almost a year now so i might have left it long enough to make it fun remaking all my lost work rather than a chore, we will see i guess :) thanks for all the support by the way!

big project is about to wrap up in work so im considering giving this another shot, i had such high ambitions for this mod id love to have another crack at it soon!

You've done an awesome job. I have never seen a mod so good such as yours. I am speechless. Yet it needs some work. Please, for the love of god, come back :).
