The first Soviet bus of carriage type with all-metal body and electromechanical transmission. It is laid off in view of shortcomings of design, the increased noisiness and smoke and also complexity of service and unsatisfactory maintainability in the conditions of municipal motor transport services.

Producer: Moscow automobile plant of I.V. Stalin.
Years of production: 1947-1950. 1165 ZIS-154 buses are exhausted.
