This mod broke the brotherhood-questline also for me (even after deleting the mod, the cook didn't reappear) - you should at least leave a warning in the description (or even in the title), so you won't reap that much frustration in the comments.
Apart from my own frustration about not beeing able to complete one of my favourite questlines so far, I liked this mod for enriching a most-visited town in Skyrim in a very colorful way :)
Maybe you should just place the mercants closer to their tables, so one does not have to go around them to trade. (other bugs and recommendations have already been mentioned)

Hey gary, ignore the rude comments below. You tried to make a good mod, so maybe improve it a little (I have not check it out on my game due to the comments) and when it's updated with more images and detailed DESC I'll check it out.

Well damn, this mod is great, but needs improving

Your mod is fucking garbage, it makes the Dark Brotherhood questline uuncompletable, it cramps and clutters Whiterun, half the buildings are completely unworked on the inside. Fuck you and fuck your laziness and lack of ability to create a decent mod.
