Description
This is mostly identical to my 3x Speed Mod with the following exceptions

- Cheat Mode Speed Boost is disabled because 10x Speed would be uncontrollable
- Cheat Mode DOES still add the uber trait to the engine however
- The Maximum Speed is Multiplied by 5x
