[TTT2] Jester Damage Immunities (Fire/Explosions/Falling) [ITEM]

This add-on introduces an item that combines all the effects of Alf21's NoFallDamage, NoFireDamage, and NoExplosionDamage items, into one non-buyable item which is included in the load-out of TTT2's Jester role at the start of each round.

We were having some issues in our games of TTT2 with the Jester being wiped out by SLAMs placed by Traitors, as well as by some other effects and damage sources we would have preferred the Jester to be immune to.

Therefore, we created this add-on to grant the Jester permanently-assured (and forced) immunity to all forms of incoming fire, explosion or falling damage, from any source at all.

Anyway, I'm making this add-on public now, as I've caught wind that a few other groups of TTT2 players have run into similar frustrations, and wished for something similar.

As I understand it, this add-on will soon be obsolete (as Alf21 now intends to integrate this as an option in the TTT2 Jester Role itself via a ConVar). But in the meantime, here's a workaround for anyone who needs it (or I suppose anyone who happened to fancy a Jester-mimicking damage immunity perk, that could be added to specific roles' shops).
