[outdated] S.I.N Scythe Class Shuttle

Due to extremely low survival rates among submarine rescue crews this variant of the "Selkie" has been modified for use in military rescue groups. Equiped with a heavy duty tesla coil and extra power to deal with the high demand, it can also go slightly further and faster, the engine has been clocked to overdrive making it require repairs more often but because of the throw away nature of these shuttles it is rarely an issue. The ballast size has also been extended along with the hull.
