Lockheed L-811 Skystar Alitalia

The Lockheed L-811 Skystar was developed as a sideproject from the original Constellation, due to WW2 the project was put on the backburner by Lockheed for more crucial projects, but got revived again after the war.

Developed during 1947 and 1948, the aircraft was designed as a stretched airliner as the airlines needed larger aircraft with more capacity, it was also built as a testbed for the upgraded radial engines and modern technology that the to be legendary Super Constellation was also getting fitted.

The Skystar was officially operational from the start of 1949, being ordered by multiple airlines such as Alitalia and American overseas. it also garnered military attention and was purchased in small numbers by the Air force for their MATS division, as the air force needed more, easy to fly, large capacity airplanes to perform the Berlin Airlift operations.

Comes with smoke effects and sound effects, retracteable landing gear, landing flaps, and rotating propellers.

Why is it a building and not a prop ? because it uses submeshes and props cant have submeshes.
