Hephaestus Spaceport 7C

This build made by Jrandall, but it's was class 10, to be able to spawn it when playing online at HWS server,
I had to compact it to reduce class.

Structure is now Class 7

What changed:

* Replaced all carbon blocks with combat steel blocks, to remove diamonds requirement.
* Removed bottom hangar and solar panels.
* Relocated the solar panels to bottom of the spaceport, 15 added, but room for 25.
* Removed decorations to reduce class.
* Reworked crew rooms to be farms, now there are 108 plants cubes.
* Added cargo controllers with extra storage.
* Added few more weapons.
* Relocated the Core.
* Painted few things.
* Added 8 more furnaces
* Added many solar power capasitors.
* Added switches
* Added more constructors.
* Removed the pool :( to reduce class.

Structure will be class 7.49 with 25 solar panels and all plant cubes full.

to add anything else, you will have to redecorate something...
