Spearhead

Description
It's time to kick the CSAT off Altis once and for all. As a member of a NATO tank platoon or AAF fighter pilot, you must eliminate the remaining OPFOR strongpoints on Altis, including artillery bases and anti-air stations in order to scatter the remaining enemy threat and secure victory.

This is a co-operative mission for up to five players, and each player has an important role in the battle, due to the vehicle-centric focus of the operation. Whilst the the fighter jet is not essential to success on lower difficulties, playing the mission on harder settings may require a skilled pilot to support the ground forces.

For anyone interested in tank co-op, I uploaded a patch for split squads so you can more easily play with 2 people on tanks. Curry Phantom, if you would like me to remove it, please contact me and I will gladly take it down.
@Kozak makes a great point. You can reasonably argue there are far too many enemy vehicles in the first area, being an open field with 11/31 vehicles within 2200m of the Supply Depot. I have already made some small tweaks, but I plan to make adjustments to enemy density, dispersion, and positioning. With focus on decreasing vehicle numbers, in turn for superior positioning.

@Lex.Ikon No SP or Coop missions work on dedis. It can't be done. It would have to be a multiplayer mission, which is a different discipline to SP mission creation.

The runway is too short, it's impossible to lift off with the jet.

It's very hard to fly in this mission with the takeoff straight into the enemy tanks, and them beaming me at over 3km away going 400km/hr on recruit. Might be a good idea to have the pilot start at an airfield farther back

The mission idea is great, but there are some problems....
1.The distance of AI spotting you (an you spotting AI) depends on your viewdistance. Hence, if you got a powerful computer, you'll be engaged by artillery right from start :) I think artillery should be placed on closed positions (otherwise it could have well been destroyed from "BLUFOR" part of Altis by Titan AT missiles)
2.The supports never work for me - I didn't manage to successfully call it once :)
3.Players are well too outnumbered at start - on high difficulties, half of player tanks get reliably destroyed. This makes it not really interesting for them to wait for the rest of the mission.

I'd personally prefer a Blacfoot instead of L-143 for support, but that's entirely personal :)

Me and my brother had a problem in the game, after neutralized the artillerys, we would drive down to the base (ammo,fuel&repair). the problem was that only 1 tank could rearm ammo. So only 1 tank can rearm while the rest have to go out in battle with low ammo.

I don't like the Mission because of the start , you cant just put enemy tanks 600-800 meters in front of your tanks. I never ever would move that close with my tanks under my command. Why do I have a gun and sights for 2km? First try I lost 2 tanks instant because of that.

Just tried it with a friend. Arma3 AI for veichles is... Well... I think you know. But the mission is still very fun. Good job, I'd love to see more armoured missions of this kind =)
