UGC Hybrid Hydro Miner

An experimental design, using a small sub-grid to attach small hydrogen tanks to a large grid. The pitiful storage of the small tanks is incapable of holding enough for sustained use, but can be drawn on for small maneuvers when the ice in the O2 generators runs out.

The main virtue of the design is its quirky-ness, as functionally it's no better than a pure large grid for what it does.
