Description
Adds the Choctaw to the game under the leadership of Pushmataha! Requires Gathering Storm.

The Choctaw (or Chahta) are a Native American people originally occupying what is now the Southeastern United States. Choctaw history is defined by a long history of ever-changing alliances, earning them a reputation both as skilled diplomats and as determined warriors. They were highly respected by all that knew them - red or white, ally or foe.

Choctaw
Civilization Ability: Council of Civilized Tribes
Every active Alliance provides +1 Trade Route capacity and +1 Diplomatic Favor per turn. Trade Routes to an ally yield +1 Production, +2 Science, and +4 Gold. With at least one Level 3 Alliance, cities exert an additional 0.5 Loyalty pressure per citizen.

Unique Unit: Chahta Brave
Choctaw unique Cavalry replacement, unlocked at Rifling. Slower than Cavalry, but Choctaw units of a different type have +5 Strength when adjacent to a Chahta Brave. Starts with a free Promotion when trained in a city at full loyalty.

Unique Improvement: Chukka
Unlocks the Builder ability to construct a Chukka, unique to the Choctaw.

Can only be built on forest tiles. +0.5 Housing, +1 Food. +2 Gold when built adjacent to a river. Grants a Gold adjacency bonus to adjacent Commercial Hubs. Chukkas receive additional Gold for adjacent Chukkas after researching Mercantilism.

Pushmataha
Leader Ability: The Indian General
While fighting a common enemy, Pushmataha and his partners receive +3 Combat Strength and +50% experience on all of their units. Units with a Tier 4 promotion can be garrisoned in Districts to double their adjacency bonuses.

Agenda: Messenger of Death
Respects civilizations that have many alliances. Has no mercy on anyone denouncing or waging war on his allies.

YNAEMP

Psst... After getting Conservation, you can completely surround your Commercial Hubs with Chukkas, easily getting 6+ adjacency bonuses, which can be doubled by policy cards, quadrupled by Reyna, and then octupled by Pushmataha's veteran units.

Can you add mod support for The Americas - TSL - Y(n)AMP map by Zobtzler?

Add this to the text file in the UA section to fix the broken resource name and blank civilopedia entry:
("LOC_RESOURCE_DK_PUSHMATAHA_NAME", "Choctaw Alliance"),
("LOC_PEDIA_RESOURCES_PAGE_RESOURCE_DK_PUSHMATAHA_CHAPTER_HISTORY_PARA_1", "While fighting a common enemy, Pushmataha of the Choctaw and his partners receive +3 [ICON_Strength] Combat Strength and +50% experience on all of their units. Units with a Tier 4 promotion can be garrisoned in Districts to double their adjacency bonuses."),

Hey - was thinking it would be cool if there were an Iroquis Civ that gained different policy slots based on alliances and/or trade routes.

Alliance doesn't provide trade route capacity to Choctaw now.:chimchim:

Just wanna say, very cool mod (and works as of 7/27/2020, I was worried it wouldn't) I really respect the work you put- it warms me to see someone to make a mod that represents my tribe.
