Description
Scout legwear made to fit with the Kid Blink hat. Inspired by Norman Rockwell's "Little Boy Writing A Letter" painting.
The shoes are paintable and the socks are subtly affected by paint as well.
Reuploaded because of laces and extra detail on the shoes, general refining, and problems with the Gold Star thingy.



9.5.2023 update:

-Fixed the rigging a bit to make it less busted (see screenshots)

-Made the model and textures more higher
