Description
"Pichu is an Electric-type baby Pokemon introduced in Generation II. Is a small, ground-dwelling rodent with a pale yellow fur. Its eartips, collar, and tail are black and angular."

Wearing goggles, an alternate costume from SSBU. Includes custom voice lines.
