Description
Prepare to face classic zombies! This mutation is a variation of the Headshot mutation.

Realism rules are now in effect, in addition no special infected will spawn, aside from those spawning from scripts, as I can't do anything about that; Finally infected are now slowed down and pack quite the punch. And while the infected are slowed down, if you underestimate them, you'll quickly be over-run by their vast numbers! And of course only a headshot or decapation will kill a zombie.

It means the outline for items/survivors can only be seen when they're close enough to grab and rescue closets are disabled.

Realism rules are now in effect? does that mean difficulty or HUD off or bot? :P
