Warrior Lodge Hunting Dog Bloodline Fix

This mod is to fix the hunting dog bloodline fix such that you get a new dog if your old one dies.

I don't have the bloodline so I'm having someone test it to verify.

Let me know if you have any problems.

Edit: I've updated the mod and used someone else's saved game to verify this now works. Keep in mind the event to get a new dog won't trigger if you're at war.
