Tilt Engine Paramotor/Jetpack

Description
My smallest, simplest and fastest Tilt Engine ever.

Controls:

Throttle up to take off VTOL

Hit Action Group 1 to enable fuel cells (Necessary for prolonged flight)

To enter paramotor mode, deploy the Kerbal's parachute and hit Action Group 2. To return to VTOL mode, hit Action Group 2 once more and cut the Kerbal's parachute.
