A Simple Mod that changes Starbound's Title Screen to match the theme of it's new 1.4 Update.

---- 7/21/2019 Update ----
I have made a small tweak to the mod, with the goal to try and fix errors on higher resolutions.

THIS HAS NOT BEEN TESTED ON ALL RESOLUTION SETTINGS, YOU MAY RUN INTO A FEW ISSUES DEPENDING ON YOUR RESOLUTION SIZE, IF YOUR RESOLUTION DOES WORK WITH THIS MOD PLEASE ADD IT TO THE LIST IN THE DISCUSSION LOCATED BELOW! <3

------- Currently Changes -------
- Swaps Logo to that of the 1.4 Chucklefish Trailer
- Changes Background to a more Cyberspace theme
- Changes the look of the main menu buttons
- Swaps Music to correct themes.

------- Additional Notes -------
- This Mod is Incompatible with other main menu mods! (this includes music changing)

Could you make a version that moves the mods button to be list with the other menu buttons.

Penguin Piracy and FU override this, can't seem to find a load order that keeps that from happening.

Works really well combo'd with the 80's retro title music mod. 10/10 would use with the avali chucklefish replacer again. the pure irony is hilarious.
