2. this one sounds like a level didn't load properly, the mod might have to be reinstalled, or another mod is conflicting with it. This happens when then required distance to the objective is too big for the map and instead of trying to recalculate a spawn point that fits the distance, it spawns the objective in no mans land. I oversized the maps the bit to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen, but some mods require larger distances
1) at the edge of the map a one of the three-wheeled cycles was side-by-side with a flat-bed truck.You could move up into the bed of the truck, then jump down into the space between to use the truck as cover - but there was no way out. Had to use the teleport to cursor command.
2) On a recover item mission the item was in the woods off the highway (the yellow floating icon I think) showing you the location - but the box was not visible or interactive so could not complete the mission.
It does have some fun "yikes" moments like one exploding 18-wheeler setting off 2 or 3 more for a truly huge fireball (my bleeding-out soldier was not quite as happy with it...)
