Rainbow Empire

Adds Rainbow Dash from My Little Pony, leading her Awesome Empire. This Civ draws some inspiration from a previous Rainbow Dash mod that has since been taken down from the workshop. I hope this civ does it justice.

UA: Fanatical Fanbase
Rainbow's fanbase let her select an extra religious belief. Furthermore, people are a little less inclined to speak up against perfection incarnate, so unhappiness per population is reduced by 10%.

UU: Skylord
Replacing the catapult, Skylords are fighter-type units available in the classical era. They cannot gain promotions and their range is 6 hexes. They have the same power as the catapults they replace.

UB: Eternal Rainbow
Rainbow's replacement for the shrine functions exactly as its replacement, only it gives 3 faith rather than 1. This functions well with her UA.

I have been debating a bit about the balance of the Skylord unit. I think it works well enough like this, but let me know what you think.

Known bugs:
- Again, some icons might be slightly off center, but it's not enough for me to be annoyed with it.
