Description
This mod lets you add a "Zone" that can be contested by two factions. Factions must have the tag "RED" and "BLU"

To make a zone, you must be in singleplayer. Zones cannot be created while the game is running on a server

Commands

/zone add RANGE
Adds zone. Replace range with any number greater than 0. Range is in meters

/zone remove
Removes zone if one exists

You MUST save the game after you make the zone if you want the zone to re-appear when you reload the world. This also allows it to appear for other players in Local MP / Dedicated

Score is done by which team has more members inside the zone. Ensure that nobody enters the zone before all participates are ready

is it / would it be possible to use this to change ownership of a grid? would be awesome to set up a neutral resource depot or so, and whoever controls the zone can use the station.
