Description
This asset is a continuation of the style I used for my previous asset, Contemporary Low-Rise Apartments (1). It is a high residential apartment block with 4 storeys, 5 households and fitting a 2x2 grid, the ground floor has a covered parking for cars which you can detail yourselves if you wish. The apartment has a contemporary style meaning that they can fit in just about any 21st century city you build. I find they look especially good along the seafront :) They can be placed as standalone buildings or you can choose to move them together with Move It! to make them look like one block .

File size: 1.945 MB (also includes a balcony submesh which has a 32x32 texture)
Texture size: 1024x512
Textures included: Diffuse, Alpha, Specular, Illumination, Normal

Recommended mods:

Asset looks awesome and was working great, but appears to be broken now for me. I can plop it (Ploppable RICO Revisited) and it shows up immediately even though I have the construction setting on, but it will delete itself after a few seconds, even if I have it zoned high density residential.

Looks nice but it will be teared off mostly. And it does not matter if its build on high rise zone or not.

One of my favorite residential buildings in the workshop :steamhappy:

I bet a lot of people, especially city painters like me, would love for you to put it on the workshop. For realism's sake I like to put driveways anywhere necessary, but it creates a node and can mess with traffic. And obviously I can't do it for every house along a residential street. But this street might be a good solution. If you wanted to release it, I certainly won't complain!

It's a custom road, made out of an invisible road, ploppable asphalt and curb props/networks.

I second @matthiaspowerbomb's question. What streets are these?

(Very nice building btw, and just below 2mb - amazing)

What is the street in the picture? It looks like it has driveways for the apartments.
