Description
Marc Mero was given the Little Richard look-a-like gimmick Johnny B. Badd in WCW along with a major push in the early 90's. Initially positioned as a heavyweight contender, Badd eventually became WCW World Television Champion, and held the title a total of three times before leaving for the WWF in 1996.

Oh man i remeber watching him in WCW, he had a good gimmick taking on Flyin Brian.

I wonder if they took influnce from Chuck Berry's song Johnny B. Goode with the name of him, i mean so many talented artists coverd the song incluing Jimi Hendrix, The Monks, The Rattles etc etc.
