For the second floor to work properly you need to download this file:

And then place it in the your DoorKickers steam directory in the levels folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DoorKickers\data\levels

We foiled the Alley Snakes' plans of the sick game they were going to pull back at the Bar and Grill, and that was where we thought they were through. We at HQ were near 100% confident that you boys shut them down for good, but it seems like we were horribly wrong.

We have gotten word that at a nearby residence some poor soul messed with the wrong people online. We are not sure of all the details, and when we got the call the person on the phone was freaking out so bad that we were having trouble even understanding them, but here's what we think is the situation. Our guy was not too willing to reveal what he was doing online at first, but he fessed up and told us that he has been scamming people online for about a year now. Going from marketplace to marketplace online, buying low and selling high to those unfortunate enough to not know any better. At first he was worried that he'd get caught, but the more people he scammed the more confident he got in his ability, up to the point where he stopped caring altogether. This, is where the Alley Snakes come in to the story.

Now, you boys know how the Alley Snakes like to play around, and it seems like that influence spreads further than just us cops. Seems like they like to bait people online into scamming them and if the victim takes the bait they track down their location and strike, and they're not too quiet about their intentions. The sick bastards like to know that their potential victim is near scared to death, enough to want to move out, enough to want to move cities, but they always make sure there is no escape. They reel their victims in by playing soft and playing dumb, and sadly our guy took the bait. He called as soon as they knew they were coming, and about half-way through his explanation the call went near dead silent as he gaped in fear outside his bedroom window. He could barely get his words out, but he said they came in swarms, with seemingly no end in sight, and before we knew it the call cut off as the sound of the door being kicked open was heard in the background.

Send the best men you've got, we are done playing games. Come at this with your strongest men. If you pack loud prepare for hell, because that's surely what your stepping into. If you make noise, they probably wont hesitate to start executing, so make sure you're light on your feet. Good luck out there men, let's hopefully put a stop to this gang once and for all.
