Flamethrower as Default Heavy Weapon

Description
What's this? A Spark, in Gatecrasher, with a Flamethrower? Madness!

Changes the default heavy weapon to the flamethrower instead of rocket launcher.
rocket gets added to the experimental heavy weapon deck.

Can also be leveraged to change it to whatever heavy weapon you want.
spark loadout is in gamedata, and two more variables in weapondata that would need to be changed. Hijinks ensue if they're not all the same.

Because it alters starting items, I recommend only using this on a new campaign.
May also cause weirdness with other mods that alter how you get flamethrowers.

(the other heavy weapon in the screenshot is Iridar's disposable rocket launcher. ie, a good reason to not have rockets as the default one)

Lw2 gauntlet is it's own thing, euipped as a secondary, not a heavy weapon.

there's only 3 heavy weapons at the lower tier, making 2/3 of them infinite starting items would leave the heavy weapon reward table even more barren then normal. besides, Iridar's disposable launchers exist.

can you set it so both the flamethrower and rocket launcher are set as default?

Could this work with Custom Classses? Such as LW2 imports that use the Guantlet Secondary?
