Description
Darker levels, no ammo spawns, slow zombies, no specials or bosses (tanks still spawn in finale and witches still spawn in sugar mill), L4D original survivors on all campaigns, larger hordes, stronger zombies, and headshot only. Zombies do have a chance to instant kill from behind, sometimes removing the head does not always kill. Recommended difficulty is expert.
